The godless/lawless TST warriors at war with their lawyer!!
Barr N I Darong, Counsel to the godless Paul Emeka’s family/warriors of Jos District in Plateau State has withdrawn from representing them in the case instituted by: The Incorporated Trustees of The Assemblies of God Nigeria & 2ors vs Rev Ezekiel Dalyop and 3ors (TST Pst & members of AG Gyel No 1), in suit No:PLD/J517/2017.
Barr N I Daring esq withdrew his services to the defendants in the above suit through a Motion on Notice dated the 14th day of of May, 2018 and was heard on the 17/5/2018.
The court granted Barr N I Darong’s prayer.
Reasons for the councils withdrawal:
*That the TST leaders/members are not law abiding, this is because they refuse to obey the interim injunction granted by the court against the closure of the Gyel No:1 church by them.
*That they asked their council to withdraw their case from the said court because the Hon Judge is bias and threatened their lawyer that, if he doesn’t withdraw the case and it goes against them (which they know will certainly go against them), that he (the council) will be held liable
*That they accused the Hon Judge of being a secondary school friend to one Eld Da Gyang Mali but it was later discovered that the said Eld Da Gyang Mali had his secondary school education at the famous Gyel Commercial Collage, now Zang Commercial Secondary Sch Bukuru, while the Hon Judge had his at Government Collage Keffi.

*Every lie has an expiry date because, immediately after the withdrawal of their council, they went about jubilating and deceiving their members that they have won again.
God will continue to expose them if they don’t repent because a time shall come when they will stand against each other.
