Former Gomber state governor, Abubakar Habu Hashidu, has reportedly passed on.
According to Sahara Reporters, Hashidu’s death was confirmed via an announcement from his family.
A family member was quoted as saying, “With total submission to the will of Allah, we announce the death of former Governor of Gombe State Alhaji Abubakar Habu Hashidu. May Allah forgive his soul and grant him jahhan.”
