Despite the Destruction of some Structures at the proposed Secretariat,a faction of the All Progressive Congress loyal to Senator Magnus Abe will on Friday(Tomorrow) opens its party Secretariat in Portharcourt.
The Acting Chairman of the All Progressive Congress in Rivers State Prince Odike said all is now set for the opening of the State Secretariat of the All Progressive Congress in Portharcourt the Rivers State Capital.
The Faction of the APC loyal to Senator Magnus Abe is insisting that Hon Prince Odike remains the acting State Chairman of the APC in Rivers State pending the determination of the suit by 23 aggrieved members of the Party.
