An Umuahia High Court presided over by Hon. Justice C.C.T. Adiele today refused the attempt by the 2015 Governorship and now 2019 Factional Governorship Candidate of APGA in Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti to set aside the Order sacking his factional chairman, Rev. Augustine Ehiemere and thereby authenticate the governorship primary that produced him.
The Court advised his lawyer, Ken Ahia SAN to go to the Court of Appeal and ventilate his grievances Stressing that the Judgement Stands.
