A Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Dr Paul Emeka was on monday 19th November 2018 restrained from holding or organizing a Parallel Council Meeting with the name of the General Council Of Assemblies Of God Nigeria.
The Court also also restrained Rev Paul Emeka from announcing himself of being re-elected as the General Superintendent or officer of the Assemblies Of God Nigeria having been Suspended and Dismissed from the Church.
In a Suit No HIN/28/2018, the Court Presided over by Judge Hon Justice C.U Okoroafor the Court also ordered that the order be Published on National dailies and pasted on the gate of the Former General Superintendent while the case was adjourned till 12th December.
