A Former Governor of Abia State and Senatorial Candidate of the All Progressive Congress for Abia North Senatorial District Orji Uzor Kalu has promised President Muhammadu Buhari of a Cattle Colony in Abia North.
The Former Governor is also standing Trial for Mismanagement of the Resources of Abia State between 1999 and 2007.
