The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Friday said it will include the candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara on the ballot paper
The electoral body announced this in a statement on Friday by its National Commissioner and Chairman, Voter Education Committee, Mr Festus Okoye.
