The Court of Appeal, Port Harcourt on Friday struck out all the appeals filed by the sacked Factional Rivers State APC Governorship Candidate, Mr Tonye Cole.
The appeals were filed against the Judgment of Justice Omotosho of the Federal High Court, Port Harcourt.
The Appeal Court also struck out the appeals filed by the Amaechi faction of Rivers APC and sacked Factional Rivers State APC Chairman, Ojukaye Flag Amachree.
According to the Court of Appeal, the Appeals became an academic exercise following the Supreme Court Judgment which upheld Justice Chinwendu Nwogu’s judgment that nullified all Rivers APC Congresses and primaries.
