Governorship Candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) Dr Alex OTTI has reportedly collapsed his Campaign Structure in support of the Governorship Candidate of the All Progressive Congress Dr Uche Ogah.
OTTI and Ogah held a Meeting Last Night in an effort to build a common front that will confront the Governor of Abia State Dr Okezie Ikpeazu on the 9th of March 2019.
