A Former General Superintendent of Assemblies of God Nigeria ran into trouble Before Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court Abuja.
The three cases of Rev Paul Emeka vs CAC & AGC came up today before Justice Abang of thr Federal High Court Abuja.
Lawrence Erewele Esq Counsel to The General Council of Assemblies of God Nigeriacited a Supreme Court decision to the effect that a Court of Law lacks the Jurisdiction to void a Certificate of Incorporation and certificate of change of trustees once issued by CAC.
Barr Dike Representing Rev Paul Emeka sweating under A.C. then pleaded with the Court to give him time to go and read the Supreme Court decision.
The Court then adjourned for Barr Dike to come and fault the Supreme Court decision that States that the Court lacks jurisidcition to entertain Rev Emeka case.
