The Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC) in Rivers State has urged the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC to declare Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike Winner of March 9 Election.
In a protest this morning the IPAC also support the stay of Rivers State REC Obo Effanga.
