The Judiciary Commission of Inquiry on the invasion of Rivers State Judiciary has summoned Dakuku Peterside, Ojukaye Flag Amachree and Asita O. Asita.
In a statement signed by the chairman, Hon. Justice S. C. Amadi (Judge).
“You are hereby summoned to appear before the judicial commission of Inquiry hereinafter named “The commission” appointed by the Governor of Rivers State to inquire into the invasion of Rivers State Judiciary.”
