The State House of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal has Dismissed the Petition filed by the Candidate of the Peoples Party of Nigeria (PPN) Mr Solomon Enweremadu against the Electoral Victory of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) Lawmaker Elect for Isialangwa North State Constituency.
According to the Chairman of the Tribunal,the Petitioner failed to Prove his case of Electoral Fraud against the Respondent.
