The Governor of Abia State Dr Okezie Ikpeazu today announced Barr Chris Ezem as the New Secretary to Abia State Government.
PUO REPORTS recalled that Barr Chris Ezem was the immediate past Caretaker Committee Chairman of Umuahia South Local Government Area and Former Chairman of Governing Council of the Abia State College of Health Sciences.
