Governor Victor Okezie Ikpeazu has sworn in the 17 Local Government Transition Chairmen and their Deputies.
Also Inaugurated Yesterday was the State Commissioner for Information Chief John Okiyi Kalu.
The Swearing In Ceremony held at the Michael Okpara Auditorium Government House,Umuahia.
