Information reaching PUO REPORTS has confirmed that the Nigerian Army has arrested the Solider who shot a Motorcyclist in Aba on Wednesday over a bribe of N100.
It was also gathered that the Governor of Abia State Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu has visited the family of the late Chimaobi Nwaogu Uzoukwa to commiserate with the family over the loss of their son.
The killer solder was arrested with two other soldiers at the Ohanze army Check point in Obingwa.
