Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu this afternoon visited the family of the slained Chimaobi Uzoukwa who was shot dead by a soldier in Aba over N100.
The Solider identified as Aliyu has also been arrested alongside two other of his colleagues.
The Governor also Promised to take care of the welfare of the deceased infant sons and the family.
