The Abia State House of Assembly will today Wednesday 25th September 2019 hold a Special Plenary Session which has been packaged in partnership with USAID and HB+ to mark the Official launching of the Abia State Social Health insurance Scheme by the Governor of Abia State Dr Okezie Ikpeazu on Thursday 26th September 2019.
