The Abia State Women Public Servants under the aegis of the Abia State Women Public Servants Association today paid a Courtesy Visit to the Speaker of the the Abia State House of Assembly Rt Hon. Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji .
The Delegation of the Women were led by their Leader Chief Mrs Charity Ukonu.
Chief Mrs Charity Ukonu in her Speech Appreciated the Speaker and the 7th House of Assembly Lawmakers over the new face of the Chambers of the Abia State House of Assembly.
“We have come to Appreciate you and say welcome to this honourable House,we are not Surprised that you are here as the Speaker of this 7th House of Assembly.
Responding,The Speaker thanked the Women for their support and reiterated the Abia State House of Assembly’s commitment in complementing the effort of the Executive led by Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu.
“I decided to be here because I know I have something to offer,and we have started Immediately by complementing the efforts of the Governor” he Said.
