The Former Governor of Bayelsa State Chief Seriake Dickson would have been arrested and whisked to Abuja if not the turn around of events following the Judgement of the Supreme Court which invalidated the Candidature of the All Progressive Congress in the November 16 Guber Election in Bayelsa.
PUO REPORTS Exclusively learnt from sources close to the Former Governor that a Sponsored Petitioned had already been written against him before the Economic Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC).
”He was to be arrested immediately after the Swearing Ceremony of Chief David Lyon if not the turn around of events” a Source Said.
Dickson who abandoned many Official cars at the Government House Yenagoa on Tuesday returned to the Government House on Thursday evening immediately after the Supreme Court Judgement which invalidated the APC over a fake Certificate by its Deputy Governor elect.
The Supreme Court Judgement which favoured the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) however saved the Bayelsa Former Governor from Arrest.
