.. Urges Abe, Aguma and their misguided cohorts to toe the line of sanity, emulate Onyesoh

… Sympathizes with Onyesoh for joining PDP when Wike is plotting to dump the party for APC”..

Chief Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, has commended Chief Alwell Onyesoh, former Rivers Commissioner and pillar in Senator. Magnus Abe’s collapsed political circle, for formally pitching his tent with the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), in Rivers State.

Recall that Chief Onyesoh, alongside his team of supporters were officially received into the PDP, by Gov. Nyesom Wike and the state chairman of the party, Felix Obua, in a low key reception held at the party’s secretariat, along Aba Road, Port Harcourt.

In a press statement circulated to media houses in Port Harcourt,
Chief Eze, a former National Publicity Secretary of the defunct New People’s Democratic Party (nPDP) and chieftain of the APC, stressed that Chief Onyesoh’s departure from the APC only adds credence to his previous warnings that Senatir Abe and his cohorts have an agenda to decimate the Rivers APC and pave way for the PDP before they formally decamp for their individual and collective rewards.

While commending Onyesoh, for his bold step, Chief Eze appealed to Sen. Abe and Igo Aguma, to toe the path of honour by officially joining Onyesoh in PDP, which is their place of harvest, and allow peace take its place within the Rivers APC, stressing that the continued stay of the duo is a bad omen for the party.

He said, although Gov. Wike is currently lobbying to join the APC, he wish Onyesoh well in his new political realignment.

“I commend Chief Onyesoh for the path he has chosen, but I worry a bit and sympathize with him, owing to the fact that the family he joined is in shambles, as Gov. Wike is currently lobbying to secure a place in the All Progressives Congress”.
