The Caretaker Committee Chairman of Rivers State All Progressive Congress APC, Rt. Hon. Igo Aguma has written an open letter to all members of the party.
The letters which was published online reads;

LETTER TO ALL APC MEMBERS IN RIVERS STATE
Dear Colleagues,
Following the judgement of the court on the 9th of June, 2020, in which I was declared the Caretaker Committee Chairman of our great party in Rivers State, I assumed duty after 48 hours had elapsed, and on Saturday, the 13th of June, 2020, I convened our inaugural Caretaker State Executive Committee Meeting with 20 members in attendance.
A 2-point agenda of RECONCILIATION and CONDUCT OF CONGRESSES ACCORDING TO SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT was tabled and approved by the Executive Committee. The Committee also mandated me to consult widely and come up with a draft working paper on the way forward for the party in Rivers State. It is for this reason I have decided to write you all this letter.
In my inaugural address on the 9th of June, I did say that “APC IS BIGGER THAN ANY ONE MAN OR WOMAN, AND AS LONG AS YOU ARE A MEMBER OF THIS PASRTY YOU ARE A STAKEHOLDER”. I have created an email address to which your suggestions on the way forward for the party can be forwarded thus: apcchairmanriversstate@gmail.com. Be rest assured that your mails will be read and an aggregate of opinions will indeed be part of the draft working paper to be presented to the State Working Committee of the party. Kindly ensure that your suggestions get to me on or before 5 p.m. on Sunday 21st June, 2020.
Those who feast alone on collective efforts will indeed be rejected by the same system that produced them. I commend the National Chairman of our great party His Excellency Comrade Adams Oshiomhole on his efforts at using his home, Edo State, as an example for all to see. It is indeed the beginning of a major revolution in the party where all members are stakeholders. The party under my watch will be built around the people, not “ANY” individual.
