Following the stepping aside of Engr. Samuel E. Inyang, OON, Pro-Chancellor of Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU), His Excellency, the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Mr. Udom Emmanuel, has approved the appointment of Distinguished Senator Udoma Udo Udoma as the Pro-Chancellor of Akwa Ibom State University, Ikot Akpaden.
2. This appointment takes immediate effect.
