On Saturday a boat conveying electoral materials and officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in Ilaje Local Government Area of Ondo State has been involved in boat mishap.
When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer, Tee-Leo Ikoro confirmed the incident.
Ikoro stated that the development won’t affect the election.
He maintained that the materials were also not affected.
