Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could be the first Premier League boss to be sacked this season.

The Red Devils were sent packing from the Champions League on Tuesday, after a 3-2 defeat at RB Leipzig.

United crashed out despite winning their first two group fixtures against Paris Saint-Germain and Leipzig.

The pressure is seriously growing on Solskjaer and he now leads the sack race.

The Norwegian’s odds to go have been shortened to 2/1 having previously been at 9/1, according to Betfair.

Mauricio Pochettino is the 4/9 favourite to take over at Old Trafford, while Brendan Rodgers’ odds have halved from 18/1 to 9/1 in the past few days.

As well as crashing out of Europe, United currently sits sixth in the Premier League having come from behind in three of their last four matches.
