A former Chief Of Staff to a former governor of Imo state, Uche Nwosu , has described as false, the speculation making the rounds that Rochas Okorocha had been suspended by the All Progressives Congress for alleged anti- party activities.

Nwosu, who spoke to our correspondent in a telephone conversation shortly after a document went viral on the social media purported to had conveyed Okorocha’s suspension from the ruling party, said that Okorocha who now represents Imo west at the senate remained a bonfide chieftain of the ruling party.

Nwosu, who dismissed the documents as fake, said that he had communicated with the national leadership of APC to confirm that the documents in circulation were forged.

The politician said that contrary to the intent of the forged documents, Okorocha had continued to support the administration of president Muhammadu Buhari.

Nwosu said ” those documents were forged. They are fake and should be regarded as such. I have spoken with the national leadership of our great party and those documents have been confirmed to be fake. Beside, Owelle Rochas Okorocha has always supported the adminstration of our dear president and commander-in- Chief.

“Okorocha formed APC in the South East and he has no reason to work against a party he spent so much to build. The documents are fake. They failed in their lies in saying that Okorocha has concluded plans to join PDP now they have forged documents announcing Okorocha’s suspension from the APC.”
