The Local Government Election Petition tribunal sitting in Umuahia the Abia State Capital has dismissed the petition filed by Mr Ikenna Ariwodo, the candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) against the Electoral victory of Hon. Chief Emmanuel Onwuchekwa of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the last Local Government Area Election.
The Tribunal dismissed the petition of the All Progressive Congress and it’s candidate over the inability of the petitioners to diligently prosecute their case.
