The Deputy Chairman of Bende Local Government Area Hon Promise Uzoma Okoro has called on parents and guidance to take the education needs of their children and wards seriously, describing it as the best gift one can give to his or her child.
Speaking at the 2021 Send Forth ceremony for JSS 3 and SS3 students of Holy Brilliant College Alayi, the Deputy Chairman said education plays a major role in the life of a child.
The Deputy Chairman who used the occasion to Congratulate the School for emerging overall 3rd position in the recently held Abia State Science School Quize Competition organized by the Abia State Ministry of Education, sponsored by the Raymond Nkemdirim Foundation.
Hon. Promise Uzoma Okoro promised to support the the school at all times ,even as he promised to register to Students of the school for the 2022 West Africa Examination (WEAC).
