Abia Speaker Condoles with Uche Aguoru, Chairman, ASEPA, Ohuhu Zone, over Death of Brother

The Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Engr Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji yesterday visited Chief Uche Aguoru , a seasoned journalist and Chairman of the Abia State Environmental Protection Agency (ASEPA) Waste Management Committee, Ohuhu Zone, in his country home of Amaogwugwu, Ohuhu in Umuahia North Local Government Area of Abia State, to commiserate with him on the death of his brother, Elder Dr Anthony Benson Aguoru.

While speaking during the visit, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji condoled with the bereaved family and urged them to take solace in God and the fact that the deceased lived a fruitful life.

“Death is the inevitable end of every mortal that will come when it will come, although we pray God to grant us long life. The news of the death of your brother was very shocking. I was not in town the day he was buried which is why I have come now to console you over this painful loss,” he said.

The Speaker prayed that God would give the bereaved family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss, and that the soul of the deceased rest in peace.

Responding, Chief Uche Aguoru thanked the Speaker for coming to console his family in their time of grief; he prayed that God will continue to bless and keep the Speaker.

Late Elder Dr Anthony Benson Aguoru was committed to mother earth on Thursday, 4th November, 2021.

Hon Kelechi Onuzuruike, Member representing Umuahia North State Constituency accompanied the Speaker to the condolence visit.
