2023: Ukwa Ngwa declares Prof Ikonne as Consensus Governorship candidate

The Ukwa Ngwa Elders council today adopsed a former Vice Chancellor of the Abia State University Prof Uchenna Ikonne as it’s consensus candidate ahead of the Primaries of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
