In fulfilment of the promise made to the leaders of Ukwa East and West Local Government Areas during their visit, the Executive Governor of Abia State Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu has restored electricity in the two Local Government Areas of Ukwa Land.
Our correspondent gathered that both Ukwa East and West Local Government Areas had been on darkness for the past three years before the intervention of the Executive Governor of Abia State Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu last week.
The restoration process has already commenced in the two Local Government Areas following the funding of the process by the Executive Governor of Abia State Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu last week.
