The Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji has described Barr Suleiman Ukandu, former Commissioner for Lands and Survey in Abia State, as a man of integrity, loyal allly and trusted brother.
The Speaker stated this today in his congratulatory message to Hon Ukandu on the occasion of his birthday.
