…Vows not to Support his re-election.

Embattled governorship candidate of All Progressives Congress(APC) in Abia State, Chief Ikechi Emenike has raised alarm over the actions of the member representing Bende Federal Constituency, Hon Benjamin Kalu against the APC in Abia state.

Emenike has accused the lawmaker of sowing seeds of discords among party members and using propaganda and blackmails to disunite the party for his own selfish interest .

In a meeting held in Umuahia on Saturday , a competent source who took part in the meeting disclosed to 9newsng.com that findings on Benjamin Kalu has caused a lot of confusion among the Emenike’s faction of the APC

The source quoted Emenike to have narrated how he snubbed the lawmaker at the airport and also vowed to make sure he does not return to the Green Chambers

According to our source who spoke on anonymity , “ Ben has shared a warm relationship with Emenike in the last few months until Emenike recently found out he was a mole. He has been hobnobbing with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with an agreement to support the PDP governorship candidate in the state and that of the presidential candidate. The PDP deceived him and promised him governorship ticket in 2031. You could imagine that level of wishful thinking and betrayal.

“ In the meeting Emenike was very bitter upon realizing the level of damage Ben has caused him and his governorship aspiration. Ben instigated a lot of crisis in the party and discouraged Emenike from reconciling with other factions and several stakeholders. He also told Tinubu’s men many lies about Emenike and the state party leaders.

The party has drawn a battle line with him and it’s very certain the party will not support his return to the green chambers.

It will be recalled that Abia APC has been faced with leadership tussle with three factions claiming superiority over another.

The faction led by Nyerere Anyim and Prince Paul Ikonne , the faction led by Dr Ikechi Emenike and the faction led by Dr Uche Ogah have refused to bury their differences.
