-Nobody in Bende takes Anyaso seriously, it is laughable he takes himself too serious-
The Deputy Chairman of Bende Local Government Area Hon Chief Promise Uzoma Okoro has dismissed the media rantings of the Deputy Governorship candidate of YPP Mr Chima Anyaso, describing him as a “Zero over thirteen” politician who lost his own Polling unit in 2019.
Anyaso who was a guest at Family Love Fm Umuahia on Monday had described all the members of the PDP as”hungry people” and said he lost the Bende Federal Constituency seat in 2019 because of gang up by the members of the party in Bende.
But reacting to to the development, the Deputy Chairman of Bende Local Government Area Hon Chief Promise Uzoma Okoro describe Anyaso as a man ranting for his lack of strategy, miscalculation and non possession of electoral value to win an election in a vast Local Government Area like Bende.
“It was really an unfortunate thing for me listening to the ranting of Chima Anyaso who couldn’t win his 002 Ibinaukwu Poling unit in Igbere Ward A in Bende when he was the candidate of PDP for Bende Federal Constituency, Anyaso should stop crying of “gang up” all the time, Bende people rejected him in 2019 because he lacked the qualities needed to win an election”
“Boasting of defeating a sitting House of Representatives member in 2018 should be the least thing expected from a man, who benefited from political pity due to the level of false pretense, propaganda and deceit he employed to grab the ticket of PDP for the 2019 Bende Federal Constituency, if he was that strong, while did he lose election in the entire 13 Wards of Bende Local Government Area, I even helped him to win my polling unit, yet he lost his own and lost the election, it has never happened before that a PDP candidate for an election lost in the entire 13 INEC wards of Bende.
“Chima Anyaso is still politically immature to contest for Local Government election in Bende, if not how can a Deputy Governorship candidate of a party be hailing a candidate of another political party when his party has someone contesting for the same seat”
Speaking further, the Deputy Chairman of Bende maintained that Anyaso is not known to the electorate in Bende let alone Abia State to compare himself with the Executive Governor of Abia State Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu who before 2014 had gathered the needed political experience having served as Transition Chairman of Obingwa Local Government Area, Deputy General Manager of ASEPA Incharge of Aba among others before his emergence as the Governorship candidate of PDP in 2014.
“Characters like Chima Anyaso who has a string of failed businesses behind him and it’s best known for baby sitting businesses of other people and running them to the ground has no business in the political space in Abia as Bende refused to reinforce failure, Chima Anyaso who is popularly known as zero over thirteen due to his inability to win even his polling unit out of 214 Poling units in Bende, has no business with mentioning the name of a man like Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu with such steller credibilities, capability and quality in the public space.
“Anyaso who until the eve of the 2019 National Assembly election when Nde Bende gathered at his sister’s country home in Igbere and he told them the banks were closed and therefore he had no access to money, to fund his own elections, after it was obvious that his sponsors had abandoned him, we later found out that his financiers were reluctant to continue to fund a project that will clearly not benefit the electorate, he learnt the hard way, that the truth will eventually be out after he tried to sale propaganda and lies to clinch the PDP ticket”
“A Personal assistant to a Councilor in Bende has more political value than Anyaso, the office of Deputy Governor of Abia State cannot be given to a ” club entertainer” in a state like Abia with responsible men and women”

Hon Promise Uzoma Okoro advised the Deputy Governorship candidate of YPP his energy more in getting some votes in his immediate polling unit rather embarking on an impossible task of winning election in Bende Local Government Area.
He maintained that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Bende Federal Constituency Hon Nnenna Elendu Ukeje, the Governorship candidate of PDP in Abia State Prof Uchenna Ikonne and all the candidates of the PDP will all win their elections in Bende.
