A group under the aegis of United Ukwa Ngwa frontiers(UUNF) has written to the Governorship candidate of the Young Progressive Party (YPP) in Abia State Engr Enyinnaya Nwafor to step down for the Governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Chief Okey Ahiwe ahead of the march 11th Governorship election.
The group in a statement endorsed by its spokesman Comr Nwogu Samson said they had already given the Governoship candidate of the YPP the reason why they are prevailing on him to step down for the interest of Umunneato Ngwa.
“Since it is very clear to us now that YPP is out of the Governorship race, we have written to NANA to see the voice of reason and do the needful by collapsing his structures to support Chief Okey Ahiwe ahead of the Governorship election” he said.
