Gubernatorial candidate of New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) in Ogun State, in the just conducted election Ambassador Olufemi Oguntoyinbo, has urged Nigerians to tolerate themselves.

Oguntoyinbo noted that this is necessary for the country to be prosperous.

He said the country will be prosperous if citizens tolerate themselves.

Oguntoyinbo made these disclosures in a statement made available to newsmen on Wednesday.

The NNPP candidate while felicitating with Muslims on the occasion of the Ramadan fast, urged them to use the holy month of Ramadan to revaluate their dealings with other fellow Nigerians.

It was reported that Muslims across the globe commenced the Ramadan fast today.

The Ramadan fast is usually observed in the month of Ramadan.

The month of Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar.

Oguntoyinbo has, however, urged Muslims to demonstrate love, generosity, and selflessness and offer prayers for the peaceful coexistence of the country.

He described the month of Ramadan as a holy season which should be dedicated to the service of God.

He said that the country will be prosperous and better if citizens tolerate themselves.

Oguntoyinbo said, “Let us demonstrate love, forgiveness, peace and generosity during this holy season.

“Nigeria will be prosperous if we tolerate our brothers and sisters of other religious faiths”.
