The Member Represent Isiala Ngwa North and South Federal Constituency and Abia Central Senator elect Hon Darlington Nwokocha has withdrawn the name of Abia State Governor Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu from the Stadium he built in his Constituency.
Hon Darlington Nwokocha who was a member of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) until April 2022 when he left the PDP to Labour Party to contest for the Senatorial election of Abia Central Senatorial District which he won on the platform of the Labour Party on the 25th of February 2023.
PUO reports that the stadium DR OKEZIE VICTOR IKPEAZU stadium built by Hon Darlington Nwokocha was commissioned by the Executive Governor of Abia State Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu on the 16th July 2021.
