The Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria has accused the Minister of Art, Culture and Creative Economy, Hannatu Musawa of serving as a minister while undertaking the one-year mandatory National Youth Service Corps scheme.
In a statement on Thursday, HURIWA alleged that years back, Musawa abandoned her NYSC in Ebonyi state but later showed interest in completing it.
The group claimed that the minister was mobilised this year and got posted to a law firm in Abuja before her appointment.
