The Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos has upheld the election of the member Representing Osisioma Ngwa South State Constituency Hon. Fyne Ahuama.
The Court dismissed the Appeals filed by Hon Nnamdi Allen of the PDP and Mr Chijioke Nwokocha the Labour Party.
