The State Chairman of Young progressive Party in Abia State Mr Chimezie Nelson has turned to a Personal Assistant to the Transition Chairman of Umuahia North Local Government Area Chief Victor Ikeji.
The YPP Chairman was spotted addressing the appointees of Umuahia North local government Area at the Banquet Hall of Umuahia North Local Government , according to our source, Chimezie popularly known as Chimex told the appointees that he is one of them but will be playing at the background, alleging that “YPP Abia State is nothing but a fraud”
The YPP State Chairman Mr Chimezie Nelson’s romance with the appointed Transition Chairman of Umuahia North local Government area has unearthed a staggering decline of the party in the State.
Party supporters who spotted them in a secret meeting shortly after their tour across ohuhu and environs raised concern about the sudden betrayal by the chairman.
The party members view the act as a sabotage which portrays grave danger to the progress of the party, as the Chairman who claimed to lead a party like YPP has undermined their Party’s hard earned input.
