Victor Osimhen, the dynamic forward of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, secured the prestigious CAF 2023 Men’s Player of the Year award. President Tinubu commends Osimhen for his remarkable contributions to the sport and for bringing pride to the nation.
Asisat Oshoala, a standout player for Nigeria’s Super Falcons, clinched the CAF Women’s Player of The Year for the sixth time, highlighting her consistent excellence. Chiamaka Nnadozie, recognized as the Woman Goalkeeper of the Year, adds to the accolades, along with the Super Falcons being named the Women’s National Team of the Year.
