The member representing Aba North and South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Alex Mascot Ikwechegh, has again stated his readiness to serve the good people of the commercial city with commitment and diligence.
He gave the assurance in Abuja when he received a delegation of distinguished Abians who paid him a courtesy visit.
The visit, which was aimed at creating the synergy required to lift Aba to greater height, was led by the Speaker, Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Emmanuel Emeruwa.
Rt Hon Ikwechegh expressed appreciation to the delegation for the visit and commended Governor Alex Otti for impacting the lives of Abians, particularly, in the area of infrastructure.
Rt Hon Emeruwa had earlier extolled the legislative prowess of the Onyeocha n’Aba and stated his resolve to collaborate with him in the interest of the Constituency.
He said it was important for all elected or appointed officers to set politics apart and work together for the good of not just the state, but also of Aba North and South Federal Constituency where he comes from.
In the delegation were some members of the State House of Assembly and other distinguished Abians.
