His Excellency, the Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR will on today Tuesday November 26th, 2024 commission the reconstructed Dozie Way Umuahia.
The road is a dual- carriage way with solar lights. The reconstruction of the road is in line with the infrastructure development agenda of the state government which aims at opening up economically strategic roads in the State both in the cities and rural areas.
It is worthy to note that the road was reconstructed by Engineers from the state Ministry of Works.This project speaks to the sustained commitment of Governor Alex Otti to promoting the economy of the State through road infrastructure while building capacity for our local engineers.
The venue for the Commissioning ceremony is Dozie way and time is 12:00 noon.
The Abia State Government therefore, invites all government appointees, stakeholders, religious and traditional rulers, women and youths to be part of this momentous event and requests that the invited guests be seated before the arrival of the Governor and his entourage.
