This prestigious award acknowledges Dr. Anyaso’s remarkable contributions to the real estate sector within a short period, solidifying his position among the industry’s top realtors.
In an official message, the Board of Editors of Vanguard Media Limited informed Dr. Anyaso of his selection, commending his contributions to the growth of the private sector.
According to the editors, Dr. Anyaso has not only distinguished himself as a key authority in the real estate industry but has also emerged as one of Nigeria’s most enterprising young business leaders.

Dr. Anyaso’s passion for entrepreneurship, which he developed early in life, led to the expansion of Caades Group, the parent company of Ceecon Energy Oil & Gas.
Today, Ceecon Energy reportedly generates an annual turnover exceeding $1 billion, with a high-profile client base that includes Addax, Oando, Wabeco, Total, and Mobil, among others.
Meanwhile, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso, speaking on behalf of Nde Abia North, has applauded the Abia State Government, led by Governor Alex Otti, OFR, for flagging off the construction of sections 1 and 2 of the 13-kilometer Onuinyang-Okporoenyi-Oboro-Ikwuano road.
The two sections of the road, which span Abia North and Abia Central senatorial zones, mark the fourth and fifth projects out of the nine roads awarded by the Ministry of Works in October 2024.
The official flag-off ceremony took place on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at Central School Okporoenyi, Bende LGA.
In his congratulatory message to Governor Otti, Dr. Anyaso stated:
