A former Minority Leader of the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Chukwu Chijioke, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Chairman of the Governing Board of the University of Port Harcourt and former Senator representing Abia North Senatorial District, Senator Mao Ohuabunwa, on the occasion of his birthday.
In his message, Hon. Chukwu who currently represents the South East on the Board of the North West Development Commission (NWDC) described Senator Ohuabunwa as “an extraordinary legislator who championed the cause of Abia North with passion and distinction.”
“I want to celebrate Senator Mao Ohuabunwa on the occasion of his birthday. He is an extraordinary lawmaker whose tenure in the Senate brought notable progress and representation to Abia North.”
“Without sentiment, Abia North has not been the same since his exit from the Senate. We eagerly await the return of a leader who truly understands the needs of our people.”
Hon. Chukwu concluded by encouraging Senator Ohuabunwa to once again offer himself for leadership and continue his service to the people of Abia North.
“I urge him to take the proper step and return to champion the cause of our district. May God bless him with many more fruitful years ahead.”
