The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has announced a Special Expanded National Caucus Meeting scheduled to take place on Monday, June 30, 2025.
The notice, issued by the PDP National Secretary, Senator Samuel Anyanwu, was titled “Notice of Expanded Caucus Meeting” and extended an invitation to key stakeholders within the party.
According to the notice, the meeting will be held at the PDP National Secretariat, NEC Hall, Wadata Plaza, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja, by 2:00 p.m.
The party disclosed that the following categories of stakeholders are invited to attend:
* Statutory Members of the National Caucus
* Deputy National Officers
* Board of Trustees (BoT) Members
* All State Chairmen
* All Members of the PDP National Assembly Caucus
* Former National Working Committee Members (still in the party)
* National Ex-Officio Members
* All PDP Former Governors (still in the party)
* All Immediate Past Gubernatorial Candidates (still in the party)
The notice emphasized that attendance is strictly by invitation.
This meeting comes amid growing anticipation of strategic realignments within the party, as it continues consultations ahead of future national engagements.
