Former President Goodluck Jonathan received former Kano State governor and former All Progressives Congress, APC, National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje, at his residence in Abuja.
Ganduje paid a courtesy visit to Jonathan, with a video of the meeting shared online on Wednesday.
The meeting comes amid political activities ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Days earlier, Jonathan expressed confidence in APC candidates contesting the Bayelsa East election ahead of the 2027 polls.
He made the remarks at his residence in Yenagoa when a delegation led by former Deputy Governor, Rear Admiral Gboribiogha John Jonah, visited him.
The delegation included NDDC Managing Director, Samuel Ogbuku, and Bayelsa APC Chairman, Warman Weri Ogoriba.
The visit was aimed at introducing the APC candidates to Jonathan, a prominent political figure from Bayelsa East.
