PDP National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologun-Agba says the circulated list of caretaker committee members for Rivers State, which he signed and published in national dailies, is authentic.
Recall that the list of caretaker committee members for Rivers PDP published in the leadership newspapers on April 4, 2024, shows some additional names and some executive members were not included. Governor Fubara called the list fake and said it should be disregarded. But in an interview with our correspondent, the PDP National Publicity Secretary says Rivers people should disregard the list that’s not published on the dailies and the party’s website.
Reacting to this, the Publicity Secretary of the PDP in Rivers State, Sydney Gbara, dismissed the position of Mr. Olugun-Agba, insisting that the letter signed by the National Organising Secretary, Umar Bature, remains the authentic position of the party.
