Manchester United supporters on Monday night appealed to Casemiro to remain at the club beyond this season, calling on the veteran midfielder to commit to one more year.
Fans at Old Trafford expressed their admiration during the club’s 2 1 Premier League victory over Brentford, chanting “One more year, one more year, Casemiro” as he celebrated his goal and gestured toward the club badge.
The emotional moment has since gone viral on social media, highlighting the strong desire among supporters for the Brazilian to extend his contract, which is set to expire in June 2026.
Following the match, teammate Matheus Cunha also echoed the sentiment on Instagram, writing, “One more year, Casemiro…”
Casemiro, 34, had earlier in the season indicated his intention to leave Manchester United in search of a new challenge at the end of the campaign.
