Senegal has been confirmed as the host nation for the 2026 Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations, according to an announcement made on Monday by the Confederation of African Football.
It will be the second time Senegal will stage the continental competition, having previously hosted the 2021 edition.
The tournament will also serve as the qualification event for the 2027 Beach Soccer World Cup.
A total of eight teams are expected to participate in the biennial championship.
CAF is yet to announce the dates for the qualification series, with further details expected in due course.
